Tata Motors on Wednesday launched its Winger lineup christened Tata Winger Platinum.
 
With larger than standard size, the Tata Winger Platinum comes as a seven-seater car and caters to the segment, which looks for utility vehicles. The car has been designed specially to offer enhanced on-road experience.
 
Some of the specifications include- larger interior space and luggage space, soothing wide armrests that can be adjustable and custom-made individual AC vents. Powered by a 2-litre diesel engine, the Tata Winger Platinum comes with a turbo charged inter-cooled engine.
 
The Tata Winger Platinum comes in two shades- Pearl White and Cycus Grey. The company has priced the car at Rs.7.40 lakh plus octroi duty (ex-showroom, Mumbai) with 18-month or 1.5 lakh km warranty.
 
While other automobile companies are set to hike the prices of vehicles, Tata Motors has no plans of increasing the prices. “We have no immediate plans to raise prices. We are trying to maintain margins and we have options of cost reduction,” Tata Motors President, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, Ravi Pisharody said.
