Sachin Tendulkar Recalls His Childhood With ‘3 Idiots’
Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar says that Aamir Khan’s upcoming movie ‘3 Idiots’ brings back his childhood days. Sachin is full of praise for the movie after watching it at Ketnav studios in suburban Bandra. He watched the movie in the company of his wife, Anjali and friends like Ajit Agarkar.
Sachin said, "It has everything from comedy to romance and I was reminded of my naughty days as a youngster.” Aamir Khan could not attend the occasion owing to the film promotion schedule. Sachin said that he had met the actor three days before when he handed him a paper to be read out to the media. Aamir is deliberately missing from the sight as a part of publicity campaign of the movie.
"I don`t know anything more than this," Sachin said reading the paper, "Kahan jaoon kaise jaoon, itne sawal kaise suljaoon, kabhi to sochoon main udd jaoon. Kabhi sadak pe car bhagaoon, ya chuk chuk gaadi ko aazmaoon, chahe main jaise bhi jaoon, maa ke aangan mein raat bitaoon." This statement contained the clue about the Aamir’s whereabouts.
The clue is part of a novel promotion strategy for the movie that involves both the public and the media. Aamir will spend 1-2 days in seven cities in disguise and is supposed to leave behind seven clues regarding his whereabouts.
‘3 Idiots’ will hit the theatre on December 25. Audience has a lot to watch out as the 44-year-old Aamir plays a 22-year-old engineering student along with actors Madhavan and Sharman Joshi!
