Shah Rukh Khan Puts An End To The Work On ‘Fauji-2’
Bad news for fans out there waiting for the sequel of ‘Fauji’! If sources are to be believed, the much-hyped sequel of how, ‘Fauji’ has been called off.

‘Fauji’ is the first venture of the Bollywood King, Shah Rukh Khan. This had been extremely successful and had gained a wide popularity both for the serial and for Mr. Khan. Shah Rukh had himself taken up the project and now that when it is called off, this is certainly disappointing news for the waiting audience.

SRK says that he won’t be doing justice with the show if it is not shot in the proper location. Since the serial is based on army personals, an army backdrop is the primary requisite. As per the sources, despite many efforts, the production team could not manage to get the required location across the different parts of the world. The team had to take the strong decision to shelve the show in the absence of the required background.

As per the source, “About a 80 member team went to Dehradun to shoot at the Indian Military Academy but came back within three days as they were unable to obtain the green signal from the concerned authorities. Earlier Shah Rukh had shot for a few hours in Mumbai over two days."

‘Fauji 2’ was to be directed by Sachin Khot and was supposed to be telecasted on Colors. But now the venture does not seem to come on screen at all.
