Aamir Khan will sport a lanky boyish image in Raj Kumar Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots. He plays a character half his age in the flick.
According to Bollywood buzz, Aamir has tried to model the boyish image on his teenage nephew Pablo. Aamir says that he had to work on both his body and mind to get into the character .He had to change his overall appearance to portray the young character.
The actor also said that he has observed many kids to add depth to his role. Aamir says “Many of them were my son Junaid’s friends. I would closely observe how they talk, walk and behave.”
Aamir, who is very fond of his nephew Pablo, said, “Pablo is so fidgety that he can’t stand still even for a few minutes. I love the boyish sparkle in his eyes… he always has a twinkle in his eyes and is full of excitement,”
Aamir on ‘3 Idiots’ look, said, “Yaar, first I had work very hard to get those eight packs for Ghajini and then I had to work doubly hard to lose that dream physique and look lean.’’
To get into the youngster’s physique ,Aamir had to literally shed 10 kgs of pure muscle. “It was important for me to get into the mind of the character, I was sure that physically I would be able to pull it off by observing Pablo. But it was most important to feel young,” said Aamir.
