The Jolicloud Jolibook netbook will be launched later this month, the CEO of the company announced on Monday. The company is well known for the products based on the eponymous cloud OS platform.
The product would be called Jolibook and run on Jolicloud 1.1. It will be based on the latest HTML5 technology and will associate Chromium, the open source browser. Apart from that, the product is expected to integrate many interesting applications like Spotify, VLC, Skype and other apps.
The Jolibook laptop will be powered by a dual core Intel Atom N550 with 1.5Ghz speed. It will sport a 250GB hard disk drive, a VGA port, three USB sockets, an Ethernet port and HD support for playing video content. The device will bear a 10.1-inch screen to do any activities in an easier way.
Though, the timing and price details are still to be traced out.
