Creative Labs Unveils ZiiO Tablets  Creative ZiiO |
Creative Labs has launched two new tablets based on Android OS, the ZiiO 7 and the ZiiO 10.
According to the company, the model price starts from £200.
The new models sport resistive touchscreen displays along with a stylus. The devices run on Android OS 2.1 and integrate Creative's own ZiiStore application marketplace.
The other features of the devices include 1GHz ZiiLabs ZMS-08 processor, audio technology based on its popular X-Fi and Apt-X technology, a front facing camera, 512MB RAM, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a built-in accelerometer, HDMI-out port, microphone, speaker and a microSD card reader.
The two sets are well compatible with audio and video formats like AVI, MKV, FLAC, OGG and MP4.
The 7-inch model weighs only 400g and bears 8GB storage capacity. The 10-inch model is a little bit heavier at 650g and incorporates 16GB onboard storage.
The ZiiO 7 tablet costs £200, whereas the 10-inch model is available for £270.
