According to Hollywood legend, Robert Redford, he had to struggle while he was working with actress Scarlett Johansson on the sets of his 1998 movie "The Horse Whisperer" as she "frustrated" him.

The actress was 13 when director Redford had cast her in the film, and although he acknowledges her acting talent he found it difficult working with her.

In the upcoming book "Robert Redford: The Biography", a crew member from the movie claims the "Lost In Translation" star would constantly interpret her scenes against Redford's own vision.

The book also claims that Johansson's mother influenced the young actress, causing her to constantly talk back to the director.
