Hollywood actress Jennifer Connelly has developed fascination for martial arts while holidaying in Los Angeles.
Her husband, Paul Bettany, is currently working on a new action film for which he has to learn martial arts. ‘The Rocketeer’ star got so fascinated while watching her husband performing the arts that she decided join him at the gym.
Jennifer Connelly shared her experience and said, "My husband is doing an action film, so he's been doing some martial arts and I was watching him doing it and I thought, 'That looks like fun, I'll give it a try’”.
"What happened was I threw my first punch and I heard that really loud crack as my fist hit the pad and I got this huge smile on my face and I was a little embarrassed, and frankly confused, that hitting something was bringing me so much pleasure. I've discovered that inside this sort of mild mannered woman beats the heart of a ruthless ninja”, she added.
