Hollywood hottie Eva Mendes known for her sex appeal worldwide revealed that she thought of becoming a nun but soon dropped the idea. The actress who has starred in movies like 2 Fast 2 Furious, Hitch, and We Own the Night admitted that she quickly realised that becoming a nun is not her cup of tea therefore went on to make her career in Hollywood.
"We didn`t grow up with a lot of money so I would always tell my mom, `Mommy I am going to buy you a big house when I grow up, and a car`," she said.
"And my sister said to me one day when I was 10, `How are you going to buy mom all these things? You are going to be a nun and nuns don`t get paid. I said, `What?` and that was it, my convent dreams were over," she added.
Meanwhile, the beauty maintained that she can never forget the day she kept her promise and gifted her mom a new home in 2002.
The 36-year old actress will soon be seen in her upcoming drama romance film Last Night.
