According to some health experts, indulging in a wholesome breakfast of cereal and milk can help in the development of a healthier weight as gorging on snacks and biscuits as well as any other junk food, later on in the day will be reduced.
But, the people who skip breakfast altogether in a bid to lose weight are only kidding themselves, says research by experts at King’s College, London. Dietician Dr Katrina Campbell, who helped carry out the review, said: “This evidence suggests that breakfast cereal consumers tend to make better dietary choices throughout the day”.
