Rishi Kapoor has reportedly learnt authentic Punjabi from his aunts so that he fits in the character of Bauji that he plays in Patiala House.

 

In Rishi Kapoor’s upcoming flick, he worked along with Akshay Kumar and Anushka Sharma and he plays a significant character in the movie as the head of a Punjabi family who are based in London. His role enacts the character of a strict and respectable father who looks after the complete family.

 

So, Rishi Kapoor worked hard even on the type of Punjabi he speaks and took lessons from his aunts who know the actual old generation Punjabi. Once he was comfortable in the Punjabi he is supposed to speak, he started shooting for the movie.
