It seems Ranbir Kapoor’s mind must be revolving around with very many new things apart from acting and romance, reportedly he his planning to renovate Rishi Kapoor’s beautiful bungalow on Pali Hill into a six or sevenstoreyed building.

He seems matured enough to take household responsibility not in earning aspect but in building house. 

It is heard that he is gonna to apply some lavish designs for each floor in the new architecture of multiple storeyed building, where there will be other amenities like a swimming pool, play court and extras.

 Since there are lots of sentiments added to the old bungalow Rishi is not ready to allow reconstruction on his bungalow.

 Well then Ranbir need to analyse on permission more before getting into reconstruction project of his bungalow.
