Finally, Rahul Dholakia’s upcoming controversial movie ‘Lamha’ is set to release on coming 16th July, in spite of touching some sensitive issues of the much troubled state, Kashmir.

Censor board previously gave a red-signal to some dialogues used in ‘Lamha’, but Rahul was adamant over making any changes in the script.

But, now the director has got some relief that finally the government nods a yes for its release. Previously, Rahul made the movie, ‘Parzania’ which is yet to release in the state of Gujarat, as the movie is based on Hindu-Muslim riots.

But, the Union Home Secretary G K Pillai, has now given a green signal to the movie. He said that they don’t want to hold the release. The movie stars Bipasha, Sanjay Dutt, Kunal Kapoor and Anupam Kher in the lead roles.

G K Pillai adds, “Our security forces can handle the situation, they are in place. India is a democratic country and everyone has the right to speak up and state their views. I am sure that the release of this kind of movies cannot increase the existing problem.”

Dholakia also adds, “The government has taken the right decision. The time has come when we should develop an atmosphere of trust to solve the problems in the burning valley of Kashmir. We are just showcasing the conditions of the residents of the beautiful valley. I hope the movie does well. ”
So, ultimately, Dholakia wins the race and now expects a happy clap from the audiences on its release.
