The poll which was conducted by shaadi.com received responses from more than 18,000 netizens. Nearly 48% of males have voted for Katrina as the most eligible single female and 43% females favoured John as their favoured eligible bachelor.
While John pulled more votes than Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Rahul Gandhi, M.S. Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh, Katrina took adavantage over Bipasha Basu, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Sonam Kapoor.
