Huawei released its U8100 Smart phone at the Mobile World Congress for the people with very tight budget. The phone features a 2.8 inch screen with a QVGA resolution and a 3.2 megapixel camera.

 

Also featured are the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the device making it well connected even though there is no 3G support on the phone.  The interface is Android on the device giving it a good user friendly support. The camera features a flash which is LED based and thus can help in low lighting conditions.
