Ajay Devgan or the gangster of ‘Once Upon A..’ has everything good about him, but on the dance stage, he often wets his feet. Recently, he was not able to manage the on-screen close chemistry with Shazahn Padamsee, his co-star in ‘Dil To Baccha Hai Ji’.

 

Salsa is such a dance form which needs people who are performing it to feel close to each other and surrender oneself to the other person. It is an extremely intimate form of dancing and a balance of style, artfulness, passion and quality should be there.

 

Madhur Bhandarkar’s next movie ‘Dil To Baccha Hai Ji’ is his first comedy film and there is a requirement of a salsa dance in the movie. Ajay Devgan stars in the movie opposite to Shazahn Padamsee.

 

Apparently, while dancing, he had a bad time and the wanted on-screen intimate chemistry didn’t show in their performance.

 

Under Sandip Soparrkar’s choreography, the spicy salsa song was getting filmed, but when Ajay was not able to generate a good chemistry with his co-star, the rehearsal got discontinued.

 

 

A source reveals, “Though a few shots were canned completely, the major portion will be completed only later.”

 

Sandip adds further, “Madhur and I decided to take this step. We wanted the dance to be of better quality. It has to look perfect.”

 

Quite annoyed at the outcome of their performance, the co-star, Shazahn Padamsee just said, “Yes, we do need a few more rehearsals.”
