Chinese phone maker ZTE has launched a mobile phone called ZTE Coral-200-Solar. The mobile phone can be called as a true solar phone as it draws electricity only from the solar cells.
This is a nice eco-friendly concept from the Chinese mobile maker ZTE. Again, it is a low-end mobile phone from the company for the customers who look for handsets in an affordable range.
The Coral-200-Solar phone is truly a basic phone with just one luxury feature, a FM radio.
The handset is the customised version of ZTE's very popular low-cost mobile phone, the Coral 200.
Though, some other manufacturers like Samsung have showcased their solar powered models, the ZTE handset is special in the sense that it has sunlight as the prime source of electricity. The other sets have dual-source electricity supply.
