Saif Ali Khan is planning to sell out his pent house in Bandra because he is irritated with his neighbours who hang clothes for drying in their balconies.

 

The Chote Nawab seems to be quite a fussy guy and he is not happy with his neighbours because they use their own balconies to dry their own laundry. Well, Saif who bought the property at Rs. 14-crore some years back is all set to sell it off now.

 

However, when Saif bought the house it was one of the tallest buildings in the neighbourhood and at that time there were not many people living around that area. But now, there are taller buildings around plus neighbours too.

 

According to sources, Saif is planning to sell the property for about Rs. 25-crores.
