Rakhi is trapped in a legal web with a formal case registered against her in Jhansi’s Prem Nagar police station after the death of Rakhi Ka Insaaf contestant Laxman Prasad from Jhansi.

 

Laxman, 24 participated with his wife on the show which is hosted by Rakhi in October. The couple came to the show to work out some marital problems. However, Rakhi who is known for her candid opinion allegedly bawled out Laxman on the show calling him “napunsak” (impotent) and “namard” (unmanly).

 

Lakshman’s mother said that after the show he went into depression as people made fun of him because of Rakhi’s open comments. He slowly stopped eating which led to his death on November 10.

 

DGP Brijlal, UP Police reported that a case has been filed against Rakhi and the others on the show under Indian Penal Code 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 306 (abetment of suicide) and also 120 (concealing design to commit offence punishable with imprisonment).

 

It seems Rakhi is in deep trouble because of her Bigmouth!
