Marriage bells are reportedly ringing for the second in the line of British throne, Prince William as it has emerged that the elder son of Charles and Diana is set to tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend Kate Middleton next year.
The pair has been together for nearly 10 years and finally decided to make their union official. It is also said that the lovebirds will announce their engagement in November.
William and Kate, both 28, started dating after meeting at the University of St Andrews, Fife, in 2001. Kate Middleton had been one of William's university flatmates.
The pair has always been surrounded with paparazzi attention and in March 2007 the situation became so worse that it ultimately led William to make a specific request to the paparazzi to keep their distance from Middleton and him. Later in April 2007, pair’s split rumours circulated the media circuit.
However, they rekindled their affair and have been a couple ever since.
