Bollywood actress, Preity Zinta is performing an item number in Salman Khan’s home production ‘Main Aur Mrs Khanna’. The song is called ‘Happening’. According to sources, the song looks like Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Kajara re’ from 2005 hit ‘Bunty Aur Babli’.
But, the actress has requested everyone not to compare the song with Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Kajara Re’ and insisted that it is not an item number but a special number for her friend, Salman Khan.
Preity Zinta said, “It’s an interesting cameo. The song’s called Happening and I agreed to do it because director Prem Soni is a friend. And since Salman has played Prem so often, let’s just say this one is for Prem”.
Prem Soni, the director of Main Aur Mrs Khanna said, “Unlike Ash, who was just a part of Kajra re, Preity plays an important role in the film.”
Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Sohail Khan are in pivotal roles in the film. The sources revealed that the actress is following special diet, tough exercise routine and yoga to look “happening” in the song.
