Australian singer Peter Andre was left fuming after discovering an imposter registered a Facebook.com page in his name to con women into dates.
The ‘Mysterious Girl’ hitmaker was stunned after being made aware of the devious stunt, and he's urged his female fans not to be duped by the man.
Peter Andre quoted, "I was absolutely furious to discover a man has been pretending to be me, in order to seduce vulnerable, young woman. He set up a fake account in my name and asked one girl to send him pictures of herself, along with her email address and phone number.”
"He even tried to get her to meet up with him. Luckily this girl realised the guy was a fake before it was too late, but who's to say he won't try his luck with someone else. I can't stress enough how careful everyone should be when they're chatting to people on the Internet," he added.
