American socialite and heiress Paris Hilton has been denied entry into Japan in wake of her recent cocaine disgrace. The lady had admitted before a Las Vegas court of cocaine possession.Hilton was there in Japan to promote her fashion brand.

The 29-year-old socialite had to face interrogation from immigration officers for nearly six hours before being asked to go to the Tokyo's Narita airport Rest House.

Hilton’s spokeswoman said, “Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn't want to let down her brands and many Asian fans. She is trying hard to do the responsible thing, but this is beyond her control. She is very disappointed.”

Hilton had pleaded guilty of possessing cocaine and obstructing a policeman in the Las Vegas court just hours before her Japan visit. The court had ordered a 12-month suspended jail term for the socialite.
