Nokia N8, the company’s most touted smartphone, based on Symbain 3 operating system, finally hits the Indian market.
 
The much expected Nokia’s N8 model was officially announced in April 2010. The feature-rich Nokia N8 comes amidst high competition prevailing in the smartphone market.
 
Nokia India Vice President and Managing Director, D. Shivakumar said during the launch, “The N8, our latest smartphone, sets a new milestone for Nokia in growth and innovation with the new Symbain 3 platform that delivers our best smartphone experience required by the ever demanding consumer today.”
 
Nokia N8, with the 3.5 inches wide AMOLED display and 12 mega pixels camera, would offer crystal clear display of images. Besides, the phone offers HD quality video display with digital surround sound.
 
The phone is equipped with 16 GB internal memory expandable up to 32 GB and supports Bluetooth 3.0, HDMI and Micro USB port.
 
The high-end model Nokia N8 comes priced at Rs. 26,259. The model is available with Nokia Priority Stores across India.
