Actress Lindsay Lohan has been ordered by the court to be present for the next hearing on May 4. The actress did not appear before for the court in connection with an alleged alcohol-fuelled car chase in 2007 in Malibu, California on Wednesday.

The court has told the diva that no more excuses will work for her and she should arrive in court on the given date.

Lindsay Lohan is accused of kidnapping and endangering the lives of three men. Those three men have knocked the doors of justice. According to them, Lohan jumped into a vehicle they were passengers in and took off on a wild ride along the Pacific Coast Highway.

The 24-year old actress was supposed to attend a deposition meeting in Venice April 14 but turned up 90 minutes late. Later, the deposition was rescheduled for Wednesday morning but Lohan failed to show again.
