Lindsay Lohan has confirmed she plans to seek a restraining order against her father, after he went public with his fears for the actress' health.
Michael Lohan hit headlines after he alleged the Mean Girls star is hooked on prescription medication, insisting she needs to be sent to rehab to address her problems.
But Lohan's comments infuriated his daughter, who accused him of using the media to "spread lies."
Lindsay has now confirmed rumours she is planning to ask a court in Los Angeles to keep her dad away from her.
She tells GossipCop.com, "I’m going to do it in L.A."
