Singer Lady Gaga and hit U.S. TV shows Grey's Anatomy and Glee are leading the way at this year's (10) Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation's (GLAAD) Media Awards.
 
The Poker Face hitmaker is nominated for Outstanding Music Artist, alongside Adam Lambert, Gossip, Brandi Carlile and Otep.
 
Grey's Anatomy will go up against True Blood, Skins, Mad Men and Brothers & Sisters for Outstanding Drama Series, while Glee will battle it out with Modern Family, Beautiful People, Greek, and United States Of Tara for Outstanding Comedy Series.
 
In the Outstanding Film category, Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire lands a nod alongside movies Taking Woodstock, Everybody's Fine, I Love You, Man and A Single Man.
 
The awards, which honour fair media portrayals of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, will take place across three separate ceremonies in New York in March (10), Los Angeles in April (10) and San Francisco, California in June (10).
