Konkana has become a working mommy-to-be and she has declared that her baby is expected by March. She got married to actor Ranvir Shenoy some months back in a very private affair.
Konkana says, “I am on a break till next year and expecting my baby to arrive in March. But I do have two movies releasing this year – Mirch and Iti Mrilanini.”
‘Mirch’ got released the last Friday and it was about gender equality in relationships, the actress also reveals about ‘Iti Mrilani’ and says that it is a classic movie, but not about her mom.
She also tells about her character in the present kind of films, she is doing, “In most of my movies I have played all ‘good girl’ roles. But my characters in this movie are a little wicked and I enjoyed that.”
Even ‘Mirchi’ earned good reviews, in which Konkana played the role of a Rajasthani queen, married to an old man, Prem Chopra, her role is funny and witty.
