British Beauty Emily Blunt popularly known for her role in 2006 release ‘Devil Wears Prada’ has exchanged vows with her long time fiance John Krasinski. In a private ceremony in Italy Blunt and Krasinski sealed their nuptials by sharing an intimate kiss on Saturday.
The pair has been dating since 2008 after being introduced by Blunt's ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ co-star Anne Hathaway. The ceremony was marked by the attendance of top Hollywood names including George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis.
A source quoted, “It was an outdoor ceremony and absolutely beautiful. It was an official ceremony. They are husband and wife. Emily didn’t want a big fuss or a Hollywood wedding. It was a case of the smaller the better, they flew all the wedding party out.”
‘The Office’ actor, 30, proposed Blunt, 27, in August 2009 with a three-carat diamond and platinum ring, worth $100,000. However, Krasinski admitted that the proposal was ‘very casual’ but very emotional.
"She did cry after I cried, and we cried and then everyone around us was crying," he said.
