The ‘Girls Aloud’ singer has won the title for the second consecutive year which is record making.
The 27-year old beauty scored over Megan Fox, lingerie model Marissa Miller and Kirsten Stewart in the FHM's 100 Sexiest Women World.
Meanwhile, Megan Fox, 23 came on second position and Marissa Miller is rated third.
Newly-single Saturdays band member Frankie Sandford landed on the fourth spot and glamour model Keeley Hazell spent a second year at number five.
Kristen Stewart of ‘Twilight’ fame made it to the list but at number six and actress Kelly Brooke came next.
Brazilian model Adriana Lima, Jessica Alba and Abbey Clancy wrapped up the top 10.
