Arya and Nayantara will be seen together for the first time in Malayalam in a film by acclaimed filmmaker Shyamaprasad, titled 'Electra'. Both of them hail from Kerala. They have done many movies in tamil, buut this is the first ime they are coming together for a Malayalam movie.
Arya was supposed to make his debut in Malayalam with Mohanlal starrer 'Casanova', directed by Roshan Andrews. But the film has been shelved.
'Electra' could be his debut film in his mother tongue.
In the film to be produced by Vindhyan, Nayantara will portray the title role of Electra Alexander.
