It seems Farhan Akthar, the director of the ‘Don’ sequel has found a replacement for the character of Arjun Rampal. It is Kunal Kapoor who has made an entry in the movie, he will play the role of Arjun or he may entirely play a new role.

 

Farhan Akthar quickly decided to take Kunal in as his personality speaks for him and his acting skills are incredible. He recently enacted in the movie ‘Lamhaa’ opposite to Bipasha Basu.

 

Confirming the news, Kunal adds, “I am very excited about the role, as well as being part of a huge franchise like ‘Don’. And the fact that I get to share screen space with SRK makes it twice as exciting.”

 

The producer of the movie Ritesh Sidwani denies that Kunal has replaced Arjun, in fact there was no role for Arjun in the movie as there is no ‘Jasjeet’ in the new don.

 

Ritesh adds, “There is no Jasjeet in the film. Instead we have introduced three new parts in the film and Kunal plays one of them and Lara Dutta plays the second one. We still have to cast for the third character. From the original cast we have Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani and Om Puri”
