Abhay and Preeti are together since February 2009, they met at the success party of ‘Dev D’. Since then, the couple took the affair seriously and passed through thick and thin. Both of them have seen ups and downs in their life. Preeti is a UK based model, so both of them were not able to spend quality time with each other and the distances kept them isolated from each other.
Meanwhile the Dev D star went to US to learn art form and Preeti came to Mumbai and settled there. But, Abhay’s absence didn’t add anything good in their relationship. Their long distance relationship couldn’t stand much and resulted in a break-up.
But sources say that this year in the month of January, the two met again in Ekta Kapoor’s bash for her new film ‘Shor’ and started afresh.
Presently, Abhay is shooting for Zoya Akthar’s ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ with Katrina Kaif. It is reported that Preeti Das has flown down to Spain at the movie’s shooting place, Spain. Apart from the mesmerizing surroundings of the place, Abhay is spending the moments of his life with his love.
Sources add, “Abhay and Preeti look extremely comfortable with each other. They had their share of ups and downs in their relationship earlier. But now they are very thick.”
