Aamir is down with high fever and he is not even in a condition for a live chat to promote his latest production house rural movie, ‘Peepli Live’. All the lined up promotional campaigns are disturbed and most of them are cancelled.

 

Aamir is in a very helpless state presently as he has fallen ill at the eleventh hour and just can’t do anything about ‘Peepli Live’ promotion. It is a movie which is basically a comic-satire on the rural cases related to farmer’s suicide in India and the subsequent media responses to them.

 

Aamir is highly disheartened and he wrote on his face book page, “Am feeling very helpless lying in bed a few days before the release. All the last lap interviews and promotions are cancelled :-( doomed (sic).”

 

Aamir was in Melbourne when he got such high fever and now he is on bed, cancelling all his lined up schedules.         

He wrote on his facebook page, "Guys I am most disappointed, I am down with very heavy fever, 103. Returned from Melbourne this morning with fever and was in bed all day to try and recover before tonight. But I have been hit hard this time. Won't be able to make it for the chat especially as I have to travel to Chembur for it.”

 

Aamir is also shocked about the massive cloudburst incident in Leh, he has a relation with the place as the shooting of ‘3 Idiots’ happened there in a school. The school where the shooting took place is virtually washed away in the flood.

 

Aamir adds, “Very shocked and distressed to hear about the school we shot in Leh for 3i. Trying to get in touch with the Principal. I suppose the communications are down too.”
