Design and FunctioningAs far as its looks are concerned, the Casio EX-FH25 is styled in the lines of the modern DSLR, though it is made of an all plastic body. It offers an impressive range of focal length, from an impressive wide angle (26mm) to a whopping telephoto range (520mm). Apart from that, it offers a Super Macro function, the minimum focusing distance of which is as low as 1cm. This camera also provides the user with fully manual controls, especially in terms of focus and exposure (a combination of aperture and shutter speed). The Casio EX-FH25 comes with the back-lit and high sensitivity CMOS sensor, wherein the metal wiring, which is normally incorporated in front of the sensor and which often brings down its sensitivity, is shifted to its back, letting more light enter the sensor. The result is increased light sensitivity and faster shutter speeds in low light situations, resulting in a more pleasing picture quality. Some other impressive features that it comes with are the face detection and HD movie recording capacity. It comes with an impressive 86MB of internal memory and is compatible with SD/SDHC cards.
