Yamaha YZF R 15 set to flood the Indian market in June this year. The Yamaha YZF R 15 is the first sports model designed for the Indian market. The bike has full state-of-the-art technologies and boasts of performance worthy of a super sport model. The India specific bike has a 150 cc engine and is hailed as the fastest Indian bike.
Yamaha YZF R 15 boasts of several first-in-Indian bikes features. It is India’s first bike to come with a 6speed gear box, forged pistons, Deltabox frame, Diasil cylinder and 150 cc four valve engine. The bike is sure to deliver some real performance to the riders and is speculated to be priced at affordable rates within Rs 95,000. The model is the stripped version of Yamaha’s successful superbikes YZF R1. The company in the meanwhile also plans to introduce Yamaha FZ 150 around October this year.
