Wolfgang Prock-Schauer has quit from the post of the chief executive of Jet Airways, with effect from Oct 15.
Schauer, who started his career with Jet in2003, will now start his tenure with British Midland PLC (BMI) as the CEO.
Nikos Kardasis, who had been the CEO of Jet Airways from 1194 till 1999, will be now handling the portfolio once again, but for a temporary period, as Jet requires time for finding its new CEO.
Jet Airways is currently facing too much of economic losses because of higher operational costs and economic slowdown happening across the globe.
