Aircel has announced to give the responsibility of revenue assurance and fraud management to Wipro Ltd and Subex Ltd in its 23 circles across India. Subex Ltd is supposed to be one of the most proficient OSS/BSS solutions provider in the world. Aircel will use the Subex platform to carry out its operations in its preferred circles. Aircel is already in a long term outsourcing contract with Wipro Ltd. According to reports under the new deal, Subex Ltd will provide requisite infrastructure and network to Aircel. According to the CIO of Aircel, Ravinder Jain, the telecom company had worked with Wipro and Subex earlier and hence holds immense confidence on them. 

Currently, Aircel is supposed to have a subscriber base of over 10 million with its operation in nine circles across the country. Recently the telecom company has attained a pan-India license to provide its services in 23 circles. Having attained the license, the company is considering to expand its services in the remaining 14 circles. The deal with Wipro and Subex for revenue assurance and fraud management will help the telecom company to increase its growth rate. The new project of Aircel will be handled by Subex's Revenue Assurance solution, MonetaTM and Fraud Management solution, NikiraTM.
