Microsoft is all set for the launch of Windows 7 in October. This new Microsoft OS introduction will set a new and major milestone for hardware makers. So don’t be surprised if have an outdated hardware while buying a Vista notebook or XP netbook this summer with the free Windows 7 upgrade.
According to Intel, netbooks will have a major design overall with the new Intel Pine Trail Atom heavily integrated chip. Intel's Pine Trail combines CPU and GPU in the same chip and will offer better performance.
Other new features of the new Windows 7 netbooks and notebooks will include thinner designs, better cooling and HUGI power-saving technology.
