The most coveted tennis tournament, Wimbledon is just a few days away. Tennis fans all over the world eagerly wait for the grass court tournament. This year Wimbledon will begin from June 23 and will conclude on July 6. Wimbledon 2008 too like the previous Wimbledon’s will witness a clash of the Tennis titans. The courts of the All England club are bound to be graced by the greatest and most exciting players of the present times.
The premier tennis tournament of the world is hosted by the All England Lawn Tennis Club, a private club, which was founded way back in 1868 as the All England Croquet Club. Given below is the schedule play chart for the avid tennis fans. However this chart is going to be provisional as weather at Wimbledon has mostly been unpredictable. Play will begin at 1.00 pm on centre and no.1 courts except for the final Saturday and Sunday when play will begin at 2.00 pm. On the rest of the courts the matches are scheduled to begin from 12.00 pm.
