Vidya Balan is quite miffed with the filmmakers of ‘No One Killed Jessica’ and she feels that her important role of Jessica Lal’s elder sister, Sabrina Lal has been sidelined in the movie and looks like the story of crime reporter, loud mouthed, Rani Mukherjee.

 

Though, the social meet ups of Rani and Vidya are like usual, but she seems miffed, sources report that since the beginning of the movie, Rani is shown more highlighted, even there is a special song in the movie filmed on her, and the rest of the movie is song free.

 

Vidya feels that Rani has been getting her part of compliments for her role because of the way it captures the screen, the promos of the movie looks thrilling with her character. Balan plays the role of Sabrina Lal, who spends almost all her life, fighting justice for Jessica.

 

Sources add further, “The entire focus is only on Rani, and obviously Vidya is not very happy with being sidelined, especially since it’s less than a month for the film to release. It’s hard to say whether its Rani’s long association with the production house or it’s the role that’s the deciding factor here and just a marketing strategy.”

 

Well, the film is important for both the actresses and since a long time, Rani and Vidya hasn’t hit well on the big screen and there are high expectations from them, it releases on Jan 7.
