Former member of the all girls pop group Spice Girls and wife of footballer David Beckham, Victoria Beckham is going to design plush and expensive gowns to direct her fashion designs on to the next stage. This new collection of Victoria Beckham will get unveiled at the approaching New York Fashion Week in September 2008 and is expected to create a lot of curiousity. Posh Spice is heard to have remarked that her new gown collection will very different from all that she has created so far.

‘I am just putting it together at the moment, but they will be very upscale dresses and likely will start at around 1,200 dollars retail,’ informed Victoria Beckham recently. The pop diva turned designer said that she is using some very expensive materials to prepare her gowns, which is sport a lot of embroideries. Posh Spice made her foray into the world of fashion designing for the very first time after she produced a range of denims for fashion label Rock and Republic.
