Leander Paes and Lukas Dlouhy upset the local favourites Mike and Bob Bryan on Wednesday during the semi final match of men’s doubles to enter the finals on US Open.
Third seeds Mahesh Bhupathi and Bahamian Mark Knowles have also cruised into the finals after they had a straight set win over fifth-seed Belarussian-Israeli duo of Max Mirnyi and Andy Ram.
The Belarussian-Israeli duo was defeated 6-4, 6-2 by Bhupathi and Knowles. The Indian-Bohemian duo will fight against fourth-seeded India's Leander Paes and Czech Lukas Dlouhy to gain the title.
Paes and his women’s doubles partner, Clara Black have also entered the final round of mixed doubles match at the US Open 2009.
