The Foreign Trade Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, has demanded the firms of US to utilizing the opportunities of investments which are available in the UA, so that the bilateral trade ties between the two nations can be given a boost.
The UAE is one of the major trade partners of the US, as far the nations from the Middle East, comes into picture.
She told a visiting US business delegation that the UAE government has adopted several effective measures for overcoming the global economic meltdown.
"These steps have helped the UAE to ride over the crisis in a record time," the UAE minister said during talks with the representatives of 20 US companies.
She also called for bolstering the existing US-UAE partnership.
