Apple and Levono, however, provide 128G of storage but through a combination of two 64G-byte modules. It was also informed by Toshiba that its laptop can run for eight hours straight on a single charge battery. The trans-reflective 12.1-inch screen of the new Toshiba laptop also helps save battery life as it shuts down the light-emitting diode backlighting by reflecting the rays of the sun to light up screen. Those interested will get a Toshiba laptop supported by an Intel Core 2 Duo U7700 processor at 1.33GHz, with 2M bytes of cache and 2G bytes of RAM at US $2,999. Furthermore, the Portégé R500-S5007V laptop will have the Windows Vista Business OS that can also be changed with Windows XP Professional.
