Titan Watches has decided to add hundred more outlets in its exiting 245 outlets in all across the India. Talking with media persons R Krishnan, retail head, Titan Watches, said that the company has 245 exclusive Titan outlets in the country and is planning to open 100 more this financial year to reach a total of around 350 stores.
The largest watch maker of India will launch its exclusive outlets at Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Valsad and Vapi in coming months. The company is interested to increase its reach to customers in India in general and Gujarat in particular. Mr Krishnan added that Titan is expected to open nearly 25 outlets in Gujarat itself before 2010.
Mr Krishnan disclosing his plan for expansion in Ahmedabad and Vadodara told that while Ahmedabad will have one more outlet, Vadodara will have two outlets. Interestingly these decisions have come after Titan received Rs 800 crore turn over in last financial year. Mr Krishnan expected that the company would be able to register 18 to 20% growth next year.
