‘Tere Bin Laden’ is a comical satire on the Al-Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden, the filmmakers want to judge its feedback in other countries and then it would be released in the US.
 
Debutante director Abhishek Sharma’s movie ‘Tere Bin laden’ is releasing on July 16 worldwide except in the US. The release is restricted keeping in mind the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York’s World Trade Centre.
 
The producer of the movie, Pooja Shetty says due to the US sensibility about the terrorist’s attacks and the man behind the plot may cause some uneven responses from the audience.
 

Pooja further adds, “We will not release the film in US on July 16. We first want to see how the film fares in other countries. If it does well, then we will think about a US release few months down the line, but not now.”

The movie is releasing in India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Britain and several other countries. ’Tere Bin Laden’ star casts the famous Pakistani pop singer turned actor, Ali Zafar.

Ali Zafar plays the role of an ambitious journalist in the movie and he wishes to migrate overseas, but his VISA always gets rejected by the officials. As a solution, he wears Osama Bin Laden’s disguise and thinks of a master plan to use his image for migration.
