A release from Tech Mahindra reveals that the company has bought minority stake for an undisclosed amount in European System Integrator Servista. Tech Mahindra is a part of Mahindra Group, and is a major IT company in India. With this buyout Tech Mahindra will have the right to nominate a member onto Servista's Board of Directors.

C P Gurnani, President-International Operations (Tech Mahindra) on the buyout said that Tech Mahindra's strategy of pursuing long-term customer relationships has always yielded definitive results. The new deal is towards enhancing company's partnership with Servista. Gurnani considers the deal an important milestone in terms of expansion of the company's service delivery in Europe.

The deal understandably will enable Tech Mahindra to support Servista in delivering managed IT services and provide cost-efficient and highly-scaleable world-class solutions for their clients. Apparently, the deal is expected to expand Tech Mahindra's presence globally, and broaden its business development capability.
