Reportedly, real estate major SRK Group will be investing Rs 5000cr in diverse properties across the country. The developmental program will be carried out in next five years and will expand in various cities of India. The Pune based company’s Chairman and Managing Director K Rasheed Malik said that he is looking for new avenues and places for projects in Kerala.
 
Currently, SRK Group is involved with development of 20 projects in South India. Now, it wants to construct 100 housing units for Adivasis and poor people in Kerala, and that too without any cost. Not only this, the company is planning to enter into healthcare facilities and ambulance services in countryside Kerala. There will be Rs 2000 crore investment from SRK in Kerala.
 
Further, the company will launch 3-4 residential projects in the state within the next six months. However, SRK is not limited to Kerala only, and it is looking at locations such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Pune. The company has started talking with landowners to acquire land for potential projects. Company plans to develop a commercial project too in Delhi.
