Bollywood diva of yesteryears, Sridevi, is celebrating her 47 birthday today.
She had made her Bollywood entry in the early 80's and continued her success bonanza till late 90s. During this period, she has given numerous super hit movies like Chandni, Mr India and Chalbaaz.
She had started acting when she was just 4 and made her lead debut in the late 70s. First, she acted as a child artist in the Tamil movie “Kandhan Karunai” playing the role of ‘Lord Muruga' in 1967.
Her first Hindi film was “Solhwa Sawan” which was released in 1978. After this film she had done many terrific movies one after the other in Bollywood.
Sridevi married film producer Boney Kapoor on 2nd July, 1996. The couple have two daughters Jhanvi and Khushi.
